The Infineon EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV is a power board within the iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) platform. It is designed for OptiMOS™ 5 60V MOSFETs and delivers advanced motor control capabilities for brushless DC motor applications. This professional-grade development platform enables engineers to evaluate and develop high-performance motor control solutions with superior efficiency and reliability.

The EVAL-M7-LVMOS-INV features an integrated power stage design optimized for low-voltage motor control applications up to 60V. This makes it ideal for industrial automation, robotics, drones, and consumer appliances. The board features 60V OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETs (IPD033N06N), delivering up to 300W output at a 20kHz carrier frequency, optimized for low-voltage applications like 24V vacuum cleaner motors

Its compact 80x93mm, 2-layer PCB supports single or leg-shunt current feedback, enabling efficient sensorless Field-Oriented Control (FOC).  Paired with an M7-compatible control board like EVAL-M7-D111T, it ensures quick setup, often achieving motor operation in under an hour. 

The board provides 5V and 15V power supplies and is RoHS-compliant. Supported by Infineon's MCEDesigner™ software, it simplifies configuration and tuning for precise motor control. The platform supports various motor types, including permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) and brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
