867114-04 is a PXIe-DMM5100 PXI DMM bundle. It contains PXIe-1083 chassis and PXI-4065 module. The PXI-4065 helps user to perform AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, and 2‑ or 4‑wire resistance measurements, as well as diode tests, for OEMs, educational laboratories, or other cost-conscious test and measurement applications. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI-Express controller.
