제품 개요
The SN74HCT125N is a quadruple Bus Buffer Gate features independent line drivers with 3-state outputs. Each output is disabled when the associated output-enable (OE)\ input is high. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE\ should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor and the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
- Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
- High-current 3-state outputs drive bus lines or buffer memory address registers
- High-current outputs drive up to 15 LSTTL loads
- 80µA maximum ICC low power consumption
- 12ns typical Propagation delay (tpd)
- ±6mA Output drive at 5V
- 1µA maximum Low input current
