The CP-E 12/2.5 Power supply is part of ABB's CP-E series of DIN rail power supplies which offer enhanced functionality. The switching power supplies are economical and can be operated at an ambient temperature of up to 70°C. With adjustable output voltages, they can also be adapted to the required application. This series offers output voltages from 5VDC to 48VDC with output current values from 06.25A to 20A. The thermal efficiency of up to 90% means low power consumption and heat dissipation and enables the power supply unit to operate without any forced cooling. The switching power supply unit can be plugged onto a DIN rail in accordance with IEC / EN60715 and mounted horizontally. The primary switch mode power supply is equipped with two generous capacitors, which ensure mains buffering of at least 30ms (at 230VAC), enabling the devices to be used worldwide, including in high-fluctuating networks and battery‑powered plants.
