PS4-ASH3-1 is a PS1 series Arsine electrochemical gas sensor using a revolutionary ‘Solid Polymer Electrolyte’ technology that is based on the principle of catalytic reaction. The target gas to be measured generates a very small current, proportional to the gas concentration. The technology offers a stable, high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing process. Key applications include semiconductor industry and electronics factory.

• Less than 0.02ppm resolution (16Bit ADC), pressure range from 800 to 1200hPA
• Operating humidity range from 15 to 95% RH (non-condensing), 100 ohm recommended load resistor
• 12 months storage life and warranty, PPO housing material, temperature range from -40°C to +55°C
