AD7934BRUZ

AD7934 is a 12bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). The part contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential track and-hold amplifier that handles input frequencies up to 50MHz.

• Specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
• Low power: 6/13.5mW max at 1.5MSPS with 3/5V supplies
• 4 analogue input channels with a sequencer, accurate on-chip 2.5V reference and no pipeline delays
• SW configurable analogue I/P: 4-ch single-ended I/P, 2-ch fully differential/pseudo differential I/P
• ±0.2% maximum at 25°C, 25ppm/°C maximum
• 70dB SINAD at 50KHz input frequency, 71dB min SNR, -73dB max THD at differential mode
• ±1LSB linearity error and ±0.95LSB max DNL at differential mode
• Full/autoshutdown mode: 10μW max
• 28 lead TSSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
