AD9203 is a monolithic low power, single supply, 10bit, 40MSPS analogue-to-digital converter, with an on-chip voltage reference. The AD9203 uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. Typical application includes CCD imaging, video, portable instrumentation, IF and baseband communications, cable modems and medical ultrasound.

• Power dissipation: 74mW (3V supply, 40MSPS) and 17mW (3V supply, 5MSPS)
• Operation between 2.7V and 3.6V supply
• Differential nonlinearity: ± 0.25 ± 0.7LSB and ± 0.65 ± 1.4LSB INL
• Power-down (standby) mode, 0.65mW and ENOB: 9.55 at fIN = 20MHz
• Out-of-range indicator, adjustable on-chip voltage reference, IF undersampling up to fIN = 130MHz
• Input range: 1V to 2V p-p differential or single-ended
• Adjustable power consumption and internal clamp circuit
• SFDR: 80dB, SNR: 60dB at f = 4.8MHz, SINAD: 59.7dB and THD: -76dB at f = 4.8MHz
• 28 lead TSSOP package, Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
