ADL8141ACPZN

ADL8141ACPZN is a low-power consumption, low-noise amplifier that operates from 14GHz to 24GHz. OIP3 and output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) can be increased by adjusting a supply-referenced resistor connected to the RBIAS pin. The RF input and output of the ADL8141 are internally matched and AC-coupled. It is fabricated on a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), and monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) process. It is used in Ku band and K band satellite communications applications.

• Gain variation over temperature is 0.025dB/°C typical at (TC = 25°C)
• Input return loss is 12.5dB typical at (TC = 25°C)
• Saturated output power is 9dBm typical at (TC = 25°C)
• Second-order intercept is 8.5dBm typical at (TC = 25°C)
• Supply current is 25mA typical at (TC = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
• 8-lead lead frame chip scale package
