CMP401GSZ

CMP401GSZ is a low voltage, quad comparator with separate input and output supplies. Independent input and output supplies combined with fast propagation makes it excellent choice for interfacing to portable instrumentation. Separate supplies enable the input stage to be operated from +3V to as high as ±6V. Typical applications are battery-operated instrumentation, line receivers, level translators, read channel detection.

• Offset voltage is 3mV max at TA=25°C, V+ANA=V+DIG=5.0V, VCM=0.1V
• Input bias current is 3µA max at TA=25°C, V+ANA=V+DIG=5.0V, VCM=0.1V
• Common-mode rejection is 60dB min at 0.1V ≤ VCM ≤ 3.9V, V+ANA=V+DIG=5.0V, VCM=0.1V
• Offset voltage drift is 1µV/°C typ at V+ANA=V+DIG=5.0V, VCM=0.1V
• Propagation delay is 17ns typ at TA=25°C, V+ANA=V+DIG=5.0V, VCM=0.1V
• Power supply rejection ratio is 60dB min at V+ANA and V+DIG 2.7V to 6V
• 16-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
