HMC252AQS24E is a low-cost non-reflective SP6T switch. It features wideband operation from DC to 3GHz. This switch offers a single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. A 3:6 decoder is integrated on the switch requiring only 3 control lines and a positive bias to select each path. This device SP6T replaces multiple configurations of SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches and logic drivers. It is widely used in applications such as base station, CATV / DBS, MMDS & wireless LAN, test equipment etc.

• Insertion loss is 0.8dB typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, DC - 1GHz)
• Isolation is 45dB typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, DC - 1GHz)
• Return loss (on state) is 23dB typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, DC - 1GHz)
• Input power for 1dB compression is 24dBm typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, 0.1GHz to 1GHz)
• Input third order intercept is 47dBm typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, 0.3GHz to 3GHz)
• Switching characteristics is 20ns typical at (Vdd = +3.3V, 0.3GHz to 3GHz)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Package style is 24 lead QSOP
