The F381A475MMA is a miniature under-tab solid electrolytic Chip Capacitor features conductive polymer electrode, low ESR and low ESL over a wide frequency range. The tantalum polymer capacitor utilizes frameless technology which is a lead-frame-less and facedown structure. The capacitor provides high capacitance in miniature M case for high volumetric efficiency. The F38 series provides design engineers with an alternative to the noise-emitting MLCCs in mobile phone.
