ACPL-072L-000E

The ACPL-072L-000E is a 3.3/5V high-speed Digital Optocoupler utilizes the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve an outstanding 25Mbaud minimum data rate and 6ns maximum pulse width distortion. A CMOS logic input signal controls the LED driver IC, which supplies current to the LED. The detector IC incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high-speed trans-impedance amplifier and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
