EVINVHPD2SICFS0108TOBO2 is an inverter evaluation kit for HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ G2 automotive power module FS01MR08A8MA2LBC designed for easy use in B6-bridge xEV main inverter applications. Equipped with the latest Infineon power module, advanced EiceDriver™ gate drivers, and Xensiv™ current sensors, it offers valuable support for engineers. The HybridPACK™ Drive G2 gate driver board is compatible to all HybridPACK™ Drive SI G2 1200V modules, for all modules FSxxxxR08A7P3xx & FSxxxxR08A8P3xx. It supports Onchip tempsense with latest Infineon EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI3025AS. It is prepared for Swoboda/IFX motor phase current sensor.
