KIT1EDBAUXSICTOBO1 is a Isolated gate driver IC evaluation board with a configurable floating bipolar auxiliary supply for SiC MOSFETs. The KIT-1EDB-AUX-SiC is a complete driving solution for SiC MOSFETs, including an isolated gate driver IC and its floating auxiliary supply. The isolated auxiliary supply can support unipolar and bipolar driving. A compatible footprint allows easy plug-in in existing boards, including single-channel isolated gate drivers in 8-pin DSO 150mil. Typical voltage levels for SiC are easily configurable by utilizing few resistors. Suitable for telecom power supply, server power supply, micro inverter solutions, EV-charging stations, multi-level inverters applications.
