EVALPFC5KIKWWR6SYSTOBO1 is an evaluation board for 650 V TRENCHSTOP™ 5 WR6 IGBT for Aircon & EV charger applications. Evaluation board for TRENCHSTOP™ 5 WR6 IGBT with the new TO-247-3 high creepage and clearance package (IKWH40N65WR6), Gate driver IC (1ED44175) and Rapid 1 diode (IDW60C65D1). The evaluation board is a fast switching, analogue-controlled two-channel interleaved 5KW PFC converter. Typical applications include commercial HVAC, residential air conditioning: Smart (IoT) and efficient cooling.
