DP0013A

DP0013A is a DP001xA series 1.7GHz model differential active probe. This probe provides the superior general-purpose differential signal measurements required for many of today’s high-speed power-related measurements such as motor drives, automotive differential bus measurements, and high-speed digital system designs. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T X-, 4000 X-, and 6000 X-Series Oscilloscopes, Keysight Infiniium EXR-, MXR-, and S-Series Oscilloscopes, Keysight Infiniium UXR-, V-, Z-, Q-, and 90000 X-Series Oscilloscopes with the use of the Keysight N5442A adapter.

• Probe rise time is 300ps
• Offset adjustment range ±60V
• Maximum differential measurement range (DC and AC peak): ±42 V
• Minimize circuit loading with differential input resistance of 1.7Mohm, input capacitance of 1.5pF
• Cable length is 1.3meters
