EVAL6EDL04N02PRTOBO1 is an evaluation board for 200V three-phase gate driver IC. This gate driver evaluation board was developed to show the functionalities and key features of the 6EDL04N02PR Full bridge 3-Phase gate driver IC with LS-SOI technology to control power devices like MOS-transistors or 180V IGBTs. Typical applications include home appliances, induction heating, motor control and drives, Uninterruptible power supply (UPS), solutions for solar energy systems, industrial welding, multicopters and drones and 3D printers.
