- Ideal for high frequency switching and synchronous rectification
- Commutation robust fast body diode with low Qfr
- Low RDS(on) dependency on temperature
- Benchmark gate threshold voltage, VGS(th) = 4.5V

- XT interconnection technology for best‑in‑class thermal performance
