MAX1749EUK+T

The MAX1749EUK+T is a low cost vibrator motor driver in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It allows for a constant vibration force while operating from 2.5V to 6.5V input range and delivering up to 120mA. A PMOS pass transistor allows 80μA supply current to remain independent of the load. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.25V to VIN with an external resistor divider. The MAX1749 supply current drops to 1μA to minimize battery drain when turned off (ON = low). The MAX1749 also includes short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection and reverse battery protection.

• Fixed 1.25V or adjustable (1.25V to 6.5V) output
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Allows constant vibration force over battery voltage range
• Thermal overload protection and output current limit
• Low off supply current of 0.1nA and low full load supply current of 80μA
• 280mA current limit
