24AA32AFT-I/OT is a 1.7V, 32-Kbit I²C serial EEPROM with quarter-array write-protect. The device is organized as one block of 4K x 8bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. It also has a page write capability for up to 32 bytes of data. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 256-Kbit address space.

• Self-timed erase/write cycle, 32Byte page write buffer, hardware write-protect for 1/4 array
• More than one million erase/write cycles, endurance is 1,000,000cycles max (+25°C, VCC = 5.5V)
• ESD protection <gt/>4,000V
• 5 pin SOT-23 package, industrial operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
