MCP6V72-E/MS

MCP6V72-E/MS is a dual operational amplifier that provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. This is low-power device with a gain bandwidth product of 2MHz (typical). It has unity gain stable, virtually no 1/f noise and has good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). This product operates with a single supply voltage as low as 2V, while drawing 170µA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. It has enhanced EMI protection to minimize any electromagnetic interference from external sources. This features make it well suited for EMI sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations and mobile communications, etc. Typical applications include portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, medical instrumentation.

• Input offset voltage is -8µV min (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2V to +5.5V)

• Power supply rejection ratio is 125dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2V to +5.5V)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 122dB typ (VDD = 2V, VCM = -0.2 to 2.3V, TA = +25°C)
• Input noise voltage is 0.45µVP-P typ (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2 to +5.5V)
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 170µA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2 to +5.5V)
• Rail-to-Rail input/output, unity gain stable, 1.0V/µs slew rate typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2 to +5.5V)
