제품 개요
HT7833S is a low quiescent current LDO in a 3 pin SOT-23 package. This series is a high accuracy, high input voltage low quiescent current, high speed, and low dropout Liner regulator with high ripple rejection. The device is manufactured with Bi-CMOS process. This offers over-current limit and over temperature protection to ensure the device working in well conditions.
- Operating supply voltage range from 4.75V to 40V
- Output voltage is 3.3V
- Output current is 250mA (up to 500mA typ.)
- Dropout voltage of 850mV at IOUT=250mA
- Quiescent current of 6µA at VIN=7V(typ.)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
