BAS28,215 is a high-speed double diode. Two high-speed switching diodes fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in a small SOT143B Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The diodes are not connected. These are suitable for high-speed switching in e.g. surface-mounted circuits.
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 85V maximum
- Reverse voltage is 75V maximum
- Forward current is 215mA maximum
- Repetitive peak forward current is 500mA maximum
- Total power dissipation is 250mW maximum at Tamb=25°C
- Forward voltage is 715mV maximum at IF=1mA, Tamb=25°C
- Reverse current is 30nA maximum at VR=25V, Tamb=25°C
- Diode capacitance is 1.5pF max at f=1MHz; VR=0V, Tamb=25°C
- Reverse recovery time is 4ns maximum
- 150°C maximum operating temperature
