304-MFC

304-MFC is a 300 series multiport, soft seat needle valve. Multiport design reduces the number of gauge and other instrument connections to permanent piping installations, decreasing possible leak paths. Optional bleed plugs further allow pressure to be bled off without disturbing the permanent piping installation. Replaceable Delrin® seat, and straight through porting for bidirectional, high capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning.

• Male-female, steel valve
• 100% helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s for performance and reliability
• Blow-out proof stem provides a secondary stem seal in the full open position
• FKM O-ring seal and PTFE back-up ring below the stem threads to protect from corrosion and galling
• All stem threads are rolled for strength and ease of operation
• One-piece bonnet with a metal-to-metal seal to the valve body below the bonnet threads
• Slotted spring pin to prevent accidental loosening
• Vinyl dust cap for bonnet and stem
• Pressure rating 6,000psi at 200°F, orifice size is 0.187"
