MC9S08QG8CPBE

The MC9S08QG8CPBE is a 8-bit Microcontroller Unit. The S08QG Family of microcontrollers provides a wide variety of serial interfaces and peripherals, normally found in higher-end devices. Featuring low-power S08 8-bit architecture, S08QG devices are a perfect fit for battery-powered devices. The microcontroller unit features breakpoint capability to allow single breakpoint setting during in-circuit debugging (plus two more breakpoints in on-chip debug module) and debug module containing two comparators and nine trigger modes. Eight deep FIFO for storing change-of-flow addresses and event-only data.

• Power-saving modes - Wait plus three stops
• System protection - Low-voltage detection with reset or interrupt and flash block protect
• 12 General-purpose input/output (I/O) pins, one input-only pin and one output-only pin
• Software selectable pull-ups on ports when used as input
• Software selectable slew rate control and drive strength on ports when used as output
• Development support - Single-wire background debug interface
