NRVB0540T1G is a surface-mount schottky power rectifier. It employs the Schottky Barrier principle with a barrier metal that produces optimal forward voltage drop-reverse current trade-off. Ideally suited for low voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as a free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.

• Voltage rate of change is 1000V/µs max (Rated VR, TJ = 25°C)
