The MBRB1045G is a SWITCHMODE™ Schottky Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. It employs the Schottky barrier principle in a large metal-to-silicon power diode. State-of-the-art geometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for use in low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant
- Guard-ring for stress protection
- Low forward voltage
- Short heat-sink tab manufactured - Not sheared
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
