ENW89854CXKF is a PAN1770 evaluation board standard. The PAN1770 is a Bluetooth 5.3 Low Energy (LE) module based on nRF52840 single chip controller and the antenna less version of the flagship PAN1780. The Bluetooth 5.3 features additionally a higher symbol rate of 2Mbps using high-speed LE 2M PHY or a significantly longer range using LE coded PHY at 500Kb/s or 125Kb/s. Furthermore, new LE advertising extensions allow for much larger amounts of data to be broadcast in connectionless scenarios. An output power of up to 8dBm and industry leading sensitivity of the nRF52840 in combination with LE coded PHY make module very attractive in applications, where long range is required. In addition, ultra-low current consumption of PAN1770 makes module an ideal choice for battery powered devices. With Cortex® M4F processor, 256KB RAM and build-in 1MB flash memory PAN1770 can easily be used in standalone mode, thereby eliminating need for an external processor, saving complexity, space and cost.
