131-1-A-5/1D is a 131 series high voltage mini-SIL/SIP reed relay. It is a highest quality vacuumed, sputtered ruthenium reed switch and it has an internal mu-metal magnetic screen which allows side by side stacking without magnetic interaction. This relay is intended for voltages very much higher than standard small SIL relays and this relay is ideal for applications such as cable testers, mixed signal/semiconductor testers, backplane testers, high voltage instrumentation, in-circuit test equipment or other applications where high voltage capability is required.
