The PPCY5C2.50 50M is a 50m 5-core Lapp CY 5G2.5 Screened Cable with bare copper conductor and a fine wire strand in accordance to IEC 60 228 that is VDE 0295 class-5. The LAPP CY cable is number coded control and connection cable with tinned copper braid screen. It is EMC compliant and space saving installation due to small cable diameters suitable for flexible use and fixed installation. The LAPP CY cable is suitable for flexible use and fixed installation for medium mechanical use. It is for use in dry, damp and wet rooms. It may only be installed outdoors with UV protection and in observation of the temperature range generally resistant against acids, caustics solutions and certain oils. LAPP CY cable is used as supply and interconnecting cable for controlling machine tools, production lines, control equipment on conveyors, also for use in measuring regulating and computer units. It is suitable for free movement without forced guidance and tensile stress.
