BD2244G-MGTR

The BD2244G-MGTR is a 1-channel adjustable current limit high side switch IC in 6 pin SSOP package. It is a low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. BD2244G-M is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start. The range of current limit threshold can be adjusted from 0.2A to 1.7A by changing the external resistance. It is mainly used in car accessories.

• On resistance (IN=5V) is 100mohm (typ)
• Operating current is 120μA and standby current is 0.01μA (typ)
• Maximum output load current is 1.5A
• Open-drain fault flag output
• Reverse current protection when power switch off
• Control input logic is active-high
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
