BD2265G-MGTR

The BD2265G-MGTR is a single channel high side current limit switch in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. It is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start.

• Input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
• Built-in low on resistance is 120mohm (typ)
• Over current protection of 0.76A
• Reverse current protection when power switch off
• Open drain error flag output
• Active-low control input logic
• Over current threshold is 0.76A
• Standby current is 0.01μA
• Operating current is 110μA
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
