SGM2210-ADJXN5G/TR is a 300mA, low quiescent current, low noise, and low dropout voltage linear regulator. Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. It has an automatic discharge function to quickly discharge VOUT in the disabled status. Application includes palmtop computers, portable electronics, industrial and medical equipment, and battery-powered equipment.
