EFM32PG28B310F1024IM68-A is an EFM32PG28 Gecko microcontroller ideal for enabling energy-friendly embedded applications. The highly efficient solution contains a 80MHz Cortex-M33 with rich analogue and communication peripherals to provide an industry-leading, energy-efficient MCU for consumer and industrial applications. Typical applications are metering, industrial automation, appliances, and portable medical devices.
- 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M33 core with 80MHz maximum operating frequency
- Best-in-class security with Secure Vault™, AI/ML hardware accelerator
- 2.6μA EM2 DeepSleep current (256KB RAM retention and RTC running from LFXO)
- True random number generator (TRNG), secure boot (root of trust secure loader)
- 1.71V to 3.8V single power supply, 1024KB flash, 256KB RAM, 51GPIO
- Analog to digital converter (IADC) with flexible performance, 2 × analogue comparator (ACMP)
- 2-channel digital to analogue converter (VDAC), low-energy sensor interface (LESENSE)
- 8 channel DMA controller, 12 channel peripheral reflex system (PRS)
- 32-bit real time counter, 24-bit low energy timer for waveform generation
- QFN68 package, -40 to 125°C temperature range
