The LD29150DT50R is a Low Drop-out Voltage Regulator with 5V output voltage. This regulator features 400mV dropout voltage and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, this device is also used in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes.
- Very low drop-out voltage (typical 0.4 at 1.5A)
- Guaranteed output current up to 1.5A
- Fixed and adjustable output voltage (±1% at 25°C)
