제품 개요
The Trisil SMP100MC series micro capacitance TVS Diode used for telecom equipment protection. It is designed for the protection of high debit rate communication equipment. Its micro capacitance avoids any distortion of the signal and is compatible with digital transmission line cards (ADSL, VDSL and ISDN). It has been tested and confirmed compatible with Cooper Bussmann Telecom Circuit Protector TCP 1.25A.

- 140 to 400V Voltage range

- Micro capacitance from 15 to 30pF @ 50V
- 2µA Maximum low leakage current IR
- 150mA Minimum holding current IH
