The LF351D is a wide bandwidth JFET single Operational Amplifier features high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, low offset voltage temperature coefficient. This circuit is high speed JFET input single operational amplifier incorporating well matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit.
