TSV991ILT

TSV991ILT is a TSV99x family of single operational amplifier that offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. The TSV99x family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, as well as active filtering. Typical applications include battery-powered applications, portable devices, signal conditioning and active filtering, medical instrumentation and automotive applications.

• Supply voltage range from 2.5 to 5.5V
• 20MHz wide bandwidth
• 10V/µs slew rate
• 1pA current input bias
• 2μV/°C input offset voltage drift
• 820µA low power consumption and 35mA high output current
• Rail-to-rail input and output
• ESD internal protection ≥ 5KV
• 5 lead SOT23 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
