제품 개요
VNB10N07TR-E is a omnifet fully autoprotected power MOSFET. This mosfet is intended for replacement of standard power MOSFETS in DC to 50KHz applications. Built-in thermal shut-down, Linear current limitation and overvoltage clamp protects the chip in harsh environments. Fault feedback can be detected by monitoring the voltage at the input pin.
- ESD protection, integrated clamp
- Diagnostic feedback through input pin
- Compatible with standard power MOSFET
- Linear current limitation
- Short circuit protection
- Thermal shut down
- Direct access to the gate of the power MOSFET (analogue driving)
- Storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C
