SMAJ20A

The SMAJ20A from Taiwan Semiconductor is a SMAJ series unidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AC package. It has low profile package, excellent clamping capability and glass passivated junction. This transient voltage suppressor is ideal for automated placement. The leads are matte tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.

• Working peak reverse voltage of 20V and maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA at Vrwm
• Breakdown voltage of 22.2V (minimum), 24.5V (maximum) and test current of 1mA
• Maximum clamping voltage of 32.4V at Ippm and maximum peak pulse surge current of 12.3A
• Maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 3.5V at 25A
