0628 0030 is a superfast needle probe (TC type T) with fixed cable (cable length 1.25m). Monitor cooking times in ovens easily and quickly: in combination with the appropriate measuring instrument, the needle probe (TC type T) with short response time provides fast measurement results. Its measuring tip is particularly thin – meaning that the penetration holes left in the items being measured (e.g. meat) are barely visible. The needle probe's heat-resistant cable can be fed through the door of the oven or prover without melting.
