The BT152-800R from NXP is a through hole planar passivated silicon controlled rectifier in a SOT78 (TO-220AB) plastic package. Rectifier has high thermal cycling performance, high voltage capability and planar passivated for voltage ruggedness and reliability. This rectifier is intended for use in applications requiring very high inrush current capability and high thermal cycling performance.
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 800V
- Non repetitive peak on state current of 200A
- Average on state current of 13A
- Maximum gate trigger current of 32mA
- Maximum gate trigger voltage of 1.5V
- Maximum holding current is 60mA
