SK-70DT-PI

The SK-70DT-PI is a 7.0" Raspberry Pi starter kit which provides all the components needed for users to connect a 7.0" TFT LCD to the Raspberry Pi. This display module pack enables Raspberry Pi users to quickly connect the 4D serial Pi adaptor to their Raspberry Pi. Connect the 5 way cable between the adaptor and the display to start programming on 4D systems display. The display module can be programmed in many ways using 4D Systems Workshop 4 IDE software. The uLCD-70DT has a comprehensive range of serial commands to receive from the Raspberry Pi to draw primitives such as lines, rectangles, circles, text to displaying images, playing sound and logging data to MicroSD card. Communication to the display module is performed via the Raspberry Pi serial port. Display is powered up from Raspberry Pi 5V bus. No external power is required for the display module as all power is supplied from the Raspberry Pi via the adaptor.
