제품 개요
HCSP-1B-S-1200 is a HCSP-1BS series automotive open loop current sensor. It generates a ratiometric analogue output voltage signal proportional to the current flowing through the conductor. Based on hall effect technology the sensor has been designed for accurate measurement of AC and DC currents in automotive battery management and motor control applications. It is also used in applications such as EV motor inverters, DC/DC converters.
- Open loop current transducer based on hall effect, busbar mounting
- Non-intrusive technology, galvanic separation between power and control
- Supply voltage is 5V typical, supply current is 12mA typical
- Response time is 3µsec maximum, frequency bandwidth is 250KHz maximum
- Single phase, simple analogue ratiometric output
- Current measuring range is ±1.200A
- Current nominal value is ±1.200A
- Sensitivity is 1.67mV/A at 25°C / Vcc = 5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- ±0.6% sensitivity error, ±3mV electrical offset voltage at 25°C / Vcc = 5V
