AD5233BRUZ10 is a non-volatile memory, quad, 64-position digital potentiometer. This device performs the same electronic adjustment function as a mechanical potentiometer with enhanced resolution, solid-state reliability, and remote controllability. It has versatile programming using a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for 16 modes of operation and adjustment, including scratchpad programming, memory storing and restoring, increment/decrement, ±6dB/step log taper adjustment, wiper setting readback, and extra EEMEM for user-defined information such as memory data for other components, look-up tables, or system identification information. It is used in applications such as mechanical potentiometer replacement, instrumentation: gain, offset adjustment, programmable voltage-to-current conversion, programmable filters, delays, time constants, programmable power supply, and sensor calibration.

- Non-volatile memory stores wiper setting, 4-channel independent programmable
- Power-on refreshed with EEMEM settings, permanent memory write protection
- Wiper setting readback, predefined linear increment/decrement instructions
- SPI-compatible serial interface with readback function, 100-year typical data retention, TA = 55°C
- 11 bytes extra non-volatile memory for user-defined data
- Resistance temperature coefficient is 600ppm/°C typical at (VDD = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
- Single-supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, dual supply voltage range from ±2.5V ±2.75V
- 630KHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RAB = 10Kohm, VDD = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 24-lead TSSOP package
