AD5313 is a dual 10bit buffered voltage output DAC. Typical application includes portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources and programmable attenuators.

• 2 buffered 10bit DAC in 1 package
• ±2LSB INL, ±0.5LSB DNL, ±3% of FSR offset error, ±1% of FSR gain error, 30μV DC crosstalk
• Micropower operation of 300μA at 5V (including reference current)
• Power-down to 200nA at 5V, 50nA at 3V
• 2.5V to 5.5V power supply and double -buffered input logic
• Guaranteed monotonic by design over all codes
• Buffered/unbuffered reference input options
• Power-on reset to 0V, SDO daisy-chaining option
• On-chip rail-to-rail output buffer amplifiers
• 16 lead TSSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
