AD7943BRSZ

AD7943BRSZ is a fast 12bit multiplying DAC that operates from a single +5V supply (normal mode) and a single +3.3V to +5V supply (biased mode). The AD7943 has a serial interface. It is used in applications such as battery-powered instrumentation, laptop computers, and upgrades for all 754x series DACs (5V designs).

• Total harmonic distortion is -83dB typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
• Output noise spectral density is 35nV/√Hz typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
• Operating voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V, input capacitance is 10pF typical
• Output leakage current is 10nA maximum at (+25°C, VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
