AD8000YCPZ-REEL7 is an ultrahigh speed, high performance, current feedback amplifier. Suitable for use in applications such as professional video, high speed instrumentation, video switching, IF/RF gain stage and CCD imaging.
- Wide supply voltage range: 4.5V to 12V
- Quiescent current: 13.5mA typ at ±5V
- Power-down mode
- High speed: 1.3GHz, -3dB bandwidth (G = +1) at ±5V
- 650MHz, full power bandwidth (G = +2, VO = 2V p-p) at ±5V
- Slew rate: 4100V/μs typ at G =+2, VO = 4V step and 0.1% settling time: 12ns at G =+2, VO = 2V step
- Excellent video specifications: 0.02% differential gain and differential phase: 0.01° at NTSC, G =+2
- 22ns overdrive recovery at G = +2, VIN = 2.5V to 0V step
- 8 lead LFCSP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
