AD9114BCPZ is a dual low-power, 8-bit TxDAC digital-to-analogue converter. This TxDAC® converter is optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. The device shares the same interface, package, and pinout, providing an upward or downward component selection path based on performance, resolution, and cost. It is used in applications such as wireless infrastructures, picocell, femtocell base stations, medical instrumentation, ultrasound transducer excitation, portable instrumentation, signal generators, and arbitrary waveform generators.
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.3V
- CMOS inputs with single-port operation, reference voltage is ±25ppm/°C typical
- Differential nonlinearity (precalibration) is ±0.02LSB typ at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V)
- Offset error is +1mV max at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V, DVDD = 1.8V, DVDDIO = 3.3V)
- Clock rate is 125MSPS maximum at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V, DVDD = 1.8V, DVDDIO = 3.3V)
- Output settling time (tST) to 0.1% is 11.5ns typical at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V, DVDD = 1.8V)
- Spurious free dynamic range is 76dBc typical at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V, DVDD = 1.8V)
- Output noise (IOUTFS = 20mA) is 1471pA/√Hz typical at (TMIN to TMAX, AVDD = 3.3V, DVDD = 1.8V)
