AD9260ASZ

AD9260 is a 16bit, high-speed oversampled analogue-to digital converter (ADC) that offers exceptional dynamic range over a wide bandwidth. The AD9260 is manufactured on an advanced CMOS process. High dynamic range is achieved with an oversampling ratio of 8× through the use of a proprietary technique that combines the advantages of sigma-delta and pipeline converter technologies. The AD9260 is a switched capacitor ADC with a nominal full-scale input range of 4V.

• Single 5V analogue supply, 5V/3V digital supply
• Monolithic 16bit, oversampled A/D converter and 8× oversampling mode, 20MSPS clock
• 2.5MHz output word rate and 1.01MHz signal passband with 0.004dB ripple
• 88.5dB signal-to-noise ratio and -96dB total harmonic distortion at 8x decimation
• 100dB spurious-free dynamic range at 8x decimation 1.40LSB input referred noise at 1V reference
• Selectable oversampling ratio of 1×, 2×, 4×, 8× and 150mW to 585mW selectable power dissipation
• 85dB stop-band attenuation and 0.004dB pass-band ripple
• Linear phase, twos complement output data and synchronize capability for parallel ADC interface
• 44 lead MQFP package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
